The Chaos Coordinator helps keep the league moving in the right direction, even when things get a little messy. They connect the dots between people and projects, support the board and committees, and help guide decision-making. Think big picture, gentle herding, and keeping the chaos productive.
The Keeper of Records makes sure important league info doesn’t vanish into the void. They take meeting minutes, maintain records, and keep key documents organized and accessible. Their work helps everyone stay informed and on the same page.
The Funds Wrangler keeps a close eye on the league’s money and makes sure it’s handled with care. They track income and expenses, help build and monitor the budget, and keep clear financial records. Thanks to them, we can book track time and keep the fun rolling.
You’ll often find these awesome humans skating alongside us, sharing knowledge, support, and encouragement. They are players within the league when the level of the game allows for it, and other times you'll find them supporting our skaters from coaching roles.
As a development-focused league, Mxfits creates space for new coaches and trainers to learn, practice, and build their skills. If you’re interested in coaching, training, running a drill, learning how to give effective feedback, or just jump in and make an impact, let us know!
